ATSIMA Prospectus

ATSIMA has developed a draft Prospectus seeking partnerships and support for initiatives to improve mathematics and numeracy outcomes of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander learners and thus life outcomes.

Mathematics continues to be the major gatekeeper to many career and learning opportunities.The Prospectus outlines one such initiative, a Demonstration Project by the Project Partners, ATSIMA and the Australian Association of Mathematics Teachers Inc., to identify and support Years 11 and 12 students into Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) related career paths.
